Business Overview
PullX is an official retail platform for digital TCG collectibles. PullX acts as the sole merchant of record and sells fixed-denomination platform credits, digital collectible items, and fixed-price Lucky Bag products to customers. PullX is not a payment facilitator, user-to-user marketplace, gambling operator, lottery operator, or cash-prize sweepstakes provider.
PullX's first operating market is Hong Kong. Paid features are intended for users aged 18 or above.
Products and Services
1. Fixed-denomination PULLX platform credits
Customers may purchase fixed credit bundles through Stripe Checkout. PULLX credits are closed-loop platform credits and can only be used inside PullX to buy PullX official digital collectibles and Lucky Bag products.
2. Digital TCG collectibles
PullX sells digital collectible items based on graded trading cards and TCG-themed products. Purchased items are delivered to the customer's PullX account or digital vault.
3. Lucky Bags / Oripa-style digital collectible packs
Lucky Bags are fixed-price digital retail products sold by PullX. Each purchase guarantees delivery of at least one digital collectible item. Product pages disclose pricing, item pools, inventory, and drop-rate information where applicable.
How Stripe Is Used
- Step 1 — Stripe Checkout: customers purchase fixed-denomination PULLX credits on the payments page.
- Step 2 — Platform credits: customers spend already-purchased credits inside PullX on official digital collectibles or Lucky Bags.
Lucky Bag opening pages do not directly initiate Stripe card charges. There is no Stripe charge at the moment of random reveal.
What Customers Receive
Customers receive digital collectible items in their PullX account or digital vault. For Lucky Bags, every purchase delivers at least one digital collectible item. Customers do not receive cash, cash-equivalent prizes, or any right to withdraw money from PullX.
Lucky Bag Product Details and Condition Notes
- Each Lucky Bag contains at least one PullX official digital collectible item.
- Card names, grades, images, and condition labels are displayed according to PullX and source-data evaluation standards.
- Some items may include different condition notes or imperfections where applicable.
- Displayed cards are examples from the product pool. The actual delivered SKU is determined by the platform draw result and account vault record.
- Pool contents, remaining inventory, remaining pulls, and drop-rate information are updated according to PullX platform records. Items already purchased or drawn by other users are no longer available.
- PullX does not provide resale, appraisal, user-to-user matching, cash prizes, or cash-equivalent rewards.
Disabled or Not Offered
- Fiat withdrawal / cash-out
- User-to-user P2P trading or order-book matching
- User-to-user money transfer
- Transfer of PULLX credits between users
- Cash redemption of PULLX credits
- Crypto wallet direct-pay for Lucky Bags during review
- Auctions during review
- Third-party seller marketplace or payment facilitation
Credits purchased through Stripe cannot be withdrawn as fiat, transferred to other users, or used outside PullX. They can only be spent on PullX official digital goods.
Why Lucky Bags Are Retail Products
- Every purchase guarantees delivery of at least one digital collectible item.
- There is no cash prize, cash payout, or cash redemption.
- There is no user-to-user settlement or P2P trading.
- Stripe is not used to directly pay for a random reveal.
- Item pools and product information are disclosed on product pages.
The customer is purchasing a digital collectible product from PullX, not entering a wager, lottery, sweepstakes, or cash-prize game.
